David is Co-Chair of Morrison Cohen’s Corporate Department and Co-Chair of the Family Office Group. Alternative asset managers, private investment funds, family offices and corporate clients rely on David to advise on all aspects of their business, including equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

David represents private equity and leveraged buyout funds and family offices in connection with their formation, acquisitions and investments (including control acquisitions, minority investments, co-investments and secondaries), divestitures, and other commercial matters.  He also routinely advises clients on a wide range of general corporate matters, commercial contracts and related arrangements.  

David joined Morrison Cohen in 2005 and began his career at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
