Mark is a Partner in Morrison Cohen’s Business Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice on the representation of clients involved in a wide variety of commercial and business disputes.

Mark has represented and advised clients in matters involving contract, partnership, real estate, securities, employment law, and shareholder disputes, governmental investigations, and disputes arising within bankruptcies, among others. Mark has experience in both state and federal court, as well as in arbitral forums. He has extensive experience with all phases of litigation, including pre-action investigation, pleadings, discovery and depositions, motion practice, trials, appeals, and negotiating settlements.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen in 2013, Mark was a litigation associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, where he focused on complex commercial litigation.
