Littlejohn & Co., L.L.C. announced the acquisition of Direct ChassisLink, Inc. (“DCLI”) from Maersk, Inc., a subsidiary of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group. DCLI rents and leases approximately 66,000 chassis to drayage companies and steamship lines through a network of 129 locations strategically located on or near key ports and other international hubs in the United States. Morrison Cohen represented Littlejohn & Co., L.L.C. in connection with the acquisition and acquisition financing.
