AGC Networks Inc. Acquires Transcend United Technologies, LLC
AGC Networks Inc., a global IT systems integrator and technology provider, has acquired substantially all of the assets of Transcend United Technologies, LLC., an IT systems integration company focusing on unified communications. The transaction added approximately $43 million in revenue and 130 employees to the business of AGC.
AGC is an indirect U.S. subsidiary of AGC Networks Ltd., a publicly traded global business technology company with more than 1,300 employees. AGC Networks Ltd. is in turn an indirect subsidiary of the Essar Group, the India-headquartered global conglomerate.
