MoCo Lawyer Ben-Ari Moderates Panel on Boutique Hotel Development
Recently, Morrison Cohen senior counsel Yariv C. Ben-Ari moderated a panel at the Boutique & Lifestyle Lodging Association's Boutique Hotel Investment Conference, held at the New York Institute of Technology. The panel discussed various aspects of renovating, repositioning and developing boutique hotels locally and nationally. The panel participants were Shai Shamir, Managing Director at Brack Capital Real Estate USA; Bruce Ford, Senior Vice President at Lodging Econometrics; and Gary Isenberg, President of LWHA - Asset & Property Management Services.
