Latham Pool Products Acquires Plastimayd
Prior to the end of December 2013, Morrison Cohen client Latham Pool Products, Inc., the leading manufacturer of residential swimming pools and components in North America and a portfolio company of Littlejohn Fund III, L.P., a private equity fund managed by Littlejohn & Co., L.L.C., completed the acquisition of Plastimayd LLC, a manufacturer of swimming pool vinyl liners and safety covers with manufacturing facilities in Louisiana, Oregon and New Hampshire. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Morrison Cohen represented Latham in connection with the acquisition and the financing of the acquisition.
