Tengram Capital Partners Completes Recap Investment in Active Sports USA, LLC

Morrison Cohen client Tengram Capital Partners and its co-investors completed a recapitalization investment in Active Sports Lifestyle USA, LLC (a/k/a Active Ride Shop), a retailer and ecommerce business in the action sports industry. Tengram's investment will be used to build on Active's current momentum and fund future expansion. Tengram Capital Partners is a leading private equity firm focused on investments in middle-market consumer and retail companies.
