Danielle Lesser, Litigation Dept. Co-Chair, Appointed to Appellate Division Disciplinary Committee
February 5, 2015 - Danielle C. Lesser, Morrison Cohen partner and co-chair of the firm's Business Litigation Department, has been appointed to the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Department, Departmental Disciplinary Committee.
Selected for their knowledge of the law and reputation for integrity and fairness, Committee members protect the public and the legal profession by ensuring that lawyers adhere to the ethical standards set forth in the Rules of Professional Conduct. The appointment became effective on January 1, 2015.
