Litigation partner Y. David Scharf is extensively interviewed in Forward regarding his representation of the religious charity “The Home of the Sages of Israel.” David and MoCo partner Terence K. McLaughlin are representing the charity in a tense dispute arising out of the proposed sale of its building on Manhattan's Lower East Side to a developer.
