David Kanfer Co-Authors Chapter on Commercial Real Estate Litigation for New Edition of Haig Treatise On Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts

Morrison Cohen Litigation partner David Kanfer recently co-authored the chapter on commercial real estate litigation for the Fourth Edition of the Haig treatise titled Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts, a joint venture of Thomson Reuters and the New York County Lawyers Association.
