Y. David Scharf Authors Article on Challenges of Dodd-Frank Modifications by Administration

June 5, 2017 – Morrison Cohen Partner Y. David Scharf authored the article “Promised 'Haircut' of Financial Regulations Likely to Be Just a 'Trim,'” that appeared in The Hill on June 5, 2017. The article discusses the difficulties in dislodging the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and points out three possibilities that the Trump Administration and Congress could pursue – all posing significant challenges.
