June 12, 2017 – Morrison Cohen client Deva Holdings, Inc., owner of DevaCurl, a leading professional and prestige hair care brand dedicated to curly hair, was sold by private equity firm Tengram Capital Partners, and the company's other shareholders, to a fund managed by Ares Management, L.P.
