Atlantic Street Capital Acquires EZE Trucking, Provider of Trucking Logistics Services

Atlantic Street Capital acquired the assets of EZE Trucking, Inc., a Los Angeles-based provider of specialty logistics services for the infrastructure market focusing on heavy haul and over dimensional transportation in California, Arizona and Nevada. Atlantic Street Capital is a special situations private equity fund investing in middle market companies that present challenges to typical investors.
