Water Asset Management and Affiliate of JP Morgan Acquire Southwest Water Company for $340 Million

Morrison Cohen client, Water Asset Management, together with an affiliate of JP Morgan Asset Management, completed a going private acquisition of all of the capital stock of Southwest Water Company (NASDAQ:SWWC) via merger for a purchase price of approximately $340 million. Morrison Cohen represented Water Asset Management in its co-investment arrangements.
