Antenna Software Acquires Vaultus Mobile

Antenna Software, Inc., a leading provider of mobile enterprise software and technology applications, acquired Vaultus Mobile Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of consumer-facing mobile device software applications. Antenna announced that the acquisition of Vaultus will further enhance Antenna's mobile device enterprise software solutions through implementing user-interface rich applications.
