Atlantic Street Capital Management announced the sale of its portfolio company, Fleetgistics Holdings Inc. The company provides ground-based courier services, including dedicated route delivery services, on demand delivery services and other customized delivery services. Morrison Cohen LLP represented Atlantic Street Capital Management and Fleetgistics Holdings Inc. on the transaction.
