Antenna Software Acquires Dexterra

Antenna Software, Inc., a leading provider of mobile enterprise software and technology applications, acquired all of the capital stock of Dexterra, Inc. Antenna announced that the acquisition brings an organization with a proven track record in the mobile marketplace and extensive operations throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific, as well as global partners such as Accenture, Ergo Group, Mincom, and IBM. Morrison Cohen represented Antenna in the transaction.
