Fashion Designer Signs Lease for Madison Avenue Flagship Store

August 20, 2009. Devi Kroell Inc. has leased prime storefront space on Madison Avenue for its flagship store, scheduled to open in October 2009. The company, headed by Ms. Devi Kroell, the renowned women's fashion designer, was represented by Morrison Cohen in the lease negotiations. The Austrian-born Ms. Kroell debuted her collection in Spring 2004, focusing initially on handbags rendered in exotic materials before expanding into footwear. In Spring 2009 the company released a new ready-to-wear line.
