Mazal 485 LLC Files Suit In Connection With Its Acquisition Of 485 Lexington Avenue

Mazal 485 LLC ("Mazal"), a limited liability joint venture of Optibase Ltd. and Gilmor International Inc., filed suit in the Supreme Court of New York County on February 2, 2010, to enforce its agreement with SL Green Realty Corp. ("SL Green") and SL Green's subsidiaries for the acquisition of 485 Lexington Avenue. Mazal is represented by Morrison Cohen litigation partner David Scharf.
