ESSAR announces $610M sale of Aegis’ US, Philippines and Costa Rica BPO business to Teleperformance

An affiliate of ESSAR Global Fund Limited, a global diversified investor controlling portfolio companies with over $35B in revenues, announced the sale of the United States, Philippines and Costa Rica business process outsourcing operations of Aegis to an affiliate of Teleperformance S.A. for a purchase price of US $610M.
