Our DEI Committee brings together lawyers and professional staff who collaborate to maintain and enhance a supportive and inclusive workplace within our firm. The committee promotes a professional environment in which everyone can reach their full potential. To that end, the group has steered the implementation of trainings, events and other intentional measures to prioritize diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and with respect to recruiting, professional development and attorney retention and advancement.
