In August of 2023, Morrison Cohen achieved our inaugural Midsize Mansfield Certification, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. When Morrison Cohen took the decisive step to sign on to participate in the Mansfield Rule certification process, we understood this industry-leading initiative required improving our tracking systems and our decision-making procedures. We committed ourselves to affirmatively considering underrepresented talent and creating broader pathways for leaders within the firm. We are proud to have been awarded this honor and aim to build upon our success by continuing our partnership with Diversity Lab and the Mansfield Rule certification process.
