Andrew J. Wallach Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen welcomes Counsel Andrew J. Wallach, who joins the firm in our Corporate Practice. Andrew advises emerging and growth stage companies during all aspects of their lifecycle, including incorporation, day-to-day corporate governance, venture capital financings and exit transactions.
Andrew has broad experience serving the needs of emerging and growth stage companies and venture capital investors, and focuses his practice on companies and investors in the fintech and blockchain/Web3 verticals. He also advises blockchain companies and investors on regulatory issues, corporate structuring and token generation events.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Andrew was in the Technologies Company Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. He earned his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from The College of New Jersey.
