Charles S. Scharf Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen welcomes Associate Charles Scharf, who joins the firm in our Corporate Practice. Charlie focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, fund formation, corporate governance, venture financings and other strategic corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Charlie was an associate at Goodwin Procter, where he also served as a 1L and 2L summer associate. He earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University, Peabody School of Education.
