Esti Ness Joins Morrison Cohen

Morrison Cohen welcomes Esti Ness, who joins the firm in our Business Litigation Practice. Esti focuses her practice on a wide variety of complex matters, including general commercial litigation, contractual disputes, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, fraud claims and white-collar investigations.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Esti was an associate at Selendy Gay PLLC. She received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she was Associate Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal, and a B.A., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Queens College, City University of New York.
