Frenkel & Company Agrees to be Acquired by EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants
October 26, 2017 – Morrison Cohen represents Frenkel & Company, one of the nation's most respected full-service independent insurance brokers, in its anticipated sale to EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, a national retail insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm.
Established in 1878, Frenkel & Company will join forces with EPIC to expand EPIC's platform in the Northeast and further strengthen one of the nation's fastest growing insurance brokers and employee benefits consultants. Upon joining EPIC, the firm will operate as Frenkel & Company – a Division of EPIC. The transaction is expected to close in the late Fourth Quarter. For more information, click here.
