Jason Gottlieb Speaks at Fordham Law Blockchain Regulatory Symposium

Partner Jason Gottlieb will participate in a panel discussion on Litigation Developments at the Fordham Law Blockchain Regulatory Symposium. The invitation-only event provides a platform for influential regulators, academics, judges, lawyers and business practitioners to discuss a range of topics, including the existing tension between digital assets innovation and regulation, both within the United States and for the global community.

Jason’s panel of top crypto litigators will discuss the impact of recent actions, with a particular focus on criminal actions, SEC and CFTC enforcement, national security and sanctions enforcement. Just two weeks after the end of the Federal Government’s fiscal year, the panel will provide a “hot off the press” regulatory update.

Jason will be joined by panelists Brian Klein, Partner, Waymaker LLP; Katherine Minarik, Chief Legal Officer, Uniswap Labs; Kayvan Sadeghi, Partner, Jenner & Block; Matthew C. Solomon, Partner, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP; and moderator Samson Enzer, Partner & CahillNXT Co-Chair, Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.

The full day event includes fireside chats with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissioner Hester Peirce and Senior Judge Jed S. Rakoff, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

The event takes place at Fordham Law School, Lincoln Center Campus on October 7, 2024.
