Jeremy Weinstein Joins Morrison Cohen

Morrison Cohen welcomes Jeremy Weinstein to the firm as an associate in our Business Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice on all aspects of complex civil litigation. A wide range of clients, including institutional lenders, alternative financiers, and investors, rely on Jeremy’s counsel in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, fraudulent conveyance, asset recovery, and judgment enforcement, among other issues. He also has experience guiding clients through cases involving commercial mortgage foreclosures and real property disputes. Additionally, Jeremy defends clients in white-collar civil and criminal litigation cases.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Jeremy was a commercial litigation associate at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP and at Oved & Oved LLP. While in law school he served as an intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, both in New York City and Washington. Jeremy received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from New York University.
