Randi Mason Selected to The Deal’s “Top Women in Dealmaking”

We are proud to share the news that our partner and co-chair of our Corporate Department, Randi Mason, has been recognized by The Deal as one of the “Top Women in Dealmaking” 2022.

The “Top Women in Dealmaking” honorees were peer-nominated and selected for their proven ability to navigate complex transactions and maintain strong client relationships in their respective legal fields – including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring, and activist investing – as well as their outstanding mentorship, thought leadership, and commitment to advancing gender diversity.

With a thriving practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity finance, fund formation, and general company counseling, Randi truly is a leader in her field. She works on transactions throughout the equity pipeline, including seed, growth, and later stage equity finance. She has a particular passion for advising businesses in the consumer products and services sectors, as well as the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) sector. Randi is frequently quoted in leading business publications on current issues in middle-market corporate transactions and private equity trends.

Randi is a 2020 Fellow of Women inPower, a program that supports senior-level women advancing to the highest levels of leadership across sectors, and a member of Chief, a network of women in executive leadership roles.

In addition to co-chairing our Corporate Department, Randi leads the firm’s “Power of And” Task Force, which focuses on fostering firm culture, collaboration, and client service through initiatives like meditation programs and fundraising drives.
