Tess Bonoli Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen welcomes Tess Bonoli to the firm as an Associate in the Technology, Data Privacy & Intellectual Property Group.
Tess received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, with a Certificate in Intellectual Property, Media & Information Law, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Tufts University. She represents innovative clients from a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, software, consumer products, financial and investment services, and the startup sector. Her work on matters includes intellectual property rights and strategic licensing, trademark prosecution, technology agreements, privacy compliance and data security considerations, and due diligence in the intellectual property and privacy space. Tess is passionate about enabling her clients to facilitate business development and creativity while minimizing liability.
She also serves as an Advisory Board Member and contributor for an art law research and education non-profit that provides resources for artists, attorneys, students, scholars, and art market professionals worldwide.
