Vani Upadhyaya Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen LLP welcomes Associate Vani Upadhyaya to our Business Litigation Department, where she focuses her practice on a wide range of complex commercial litigations. Her clients rely on her counsel in matters including contract disputes, COVID-19 business interruption insurance coverage actions, IP litigation (including trademark/trade dress infringement), declaratory judgment actions, commercial mortgage foreclosures, and construction defect cases.
Vani was previously a litigation associate at Ford Marrin Esposito Witmeyer & Gleser, LLP. She received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Fordham University at Lincoln Center. Outside of her law practice, Vani is professionally certified in Indian classical dance and active in the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Mentoring Program.
