Vault Ranks Morrison Cohen in “Top 150 Under 150” and Top 25 in 13 Categories

Vault once again included Morrison Cohen on its list of "Top 150 Under 150" law firms and ranked the firm Top 25 in 13 categories for 2025. The firm was ranked in five new categories, including debuting at #9 for Firm Culture, and climbed in almost every prior category. Morrison Cohen leaped to #17 (from #24) in Best Midsize Firms to Work For; #10 (from #19) in Associate/Partner Relations; and #15 (from #25) in Compensation. In addition to Firm Culture, new categories for the firm included Satisfaction; Quality of Work; Informal Training, Mentoring & Sponsorship; and Career Outlook.

The “Top 150 Under 150” list was curated by Vault's editorial team after extensive research into the most sought-after small-to-midsize law firms in the U.S. known for delivering big results. Vault's 2025 Rankings are derived from Vault's Annual Associate Survey conducted from January 2024 through March 2024.
