Y. David Scharf Moderates Panel at Multi-Family Owners Summit and Morrison Cohen Sponsors

Co-Managing Partner Y. David Scharf will moderate a panel at the MFO Summit 2022, an event which Morrison Cohen is also proud to sponsor. Scharf’s session, which takes place on February 14, is entitled “Are You Fooling Yourself? Behind the Offering Memorandum. Beyond the Smoke and Mirrors.” Topics will include ways to add value to properties that other investors struggled to improve; the realities of managing properties today; managing expectations about the cost and timeline for hiring and managing staff, turning over tenants, and renovating a property; and how to look past the smoke and mirrors and find the real valuation in a multi-family property.
