Y. David Scharf Speaks at Multi-Family Owners Summit 2025
Chair and Co-Managing Partner Y. David Scharf will participate in a panel discussion, “Unfiltered: Debunking Myths of Distress Investing and Workouts,” at the MFO Summit 2025. The annual event brings together the nation’s top 500+ multi-family property owners and multi-family dealmakers to discuss issues affecting the industry.
David’s panel will explore how to successfully navigate workouts and distress investing, examining macroeconomic trends and providing insights into specific workouts and deals. He will be joined by industry leaders Shlomo Chopp, Managing Partner, Case Equity Partners; Michael Weiser, President, GFI Realty Services LLC; and Michael Yellin, Partner, Cole Schotz P.C.
The MFO Summit takes place at the JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, FL from January 12-14, 2025.
