Michael Balducci focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions.
Michael represents institutional and traditional mortgage and mezzanine lenders in real estate finance transactions, including multi-property and multi-state acquisitions and the refinancings pertaining to office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, mixed-use properties and multi-family properties.
His practice includes a full range of commercial real estate transactions, such as mortgage and other financing transactions, commercial leasing and the sale and securitization of mortgage loans in the secondary market. Michael has also represented privately and publicly-held companies in all phases of their corporate existence, including formation, capital raising, governance, mergers and acquisitions and compliance under the federal and state securities laws.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Michael was an associate in the Real Estate Departments of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and Cassin & Cassin LLP.
