Alicia Brewster leads Morrison Cohen’s marketing and business development initiatives that drive firm growth and development.
Alicia collaborates with others on the senior leadership team to advance the firm’s strategic priorities that drive revenue and elevate its profile. She crafts and executes comprehensive marketing plans that align with the firm’s goals and advises firm and practice leadership on best practices for business development and exceptional client care.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Alicia held several senior marketing and business development roles at an AmLaw 20 firm, most recently launching its dedicated global pitch and proposal team. Before her legal marketing career, she was the assistant editor of a Washington, DC-based magazine.
When she is not developing marketing strategy or coaching lawyers, Alicia is the board president of the Warren Majengo Foundation, which supports Majengo Children’s Home in providing food, clothing, education and care to vulnerable children in Tanzania who have nowhere else to turn.
