Amber Will focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation.
Founders, directors, officers and other corporate professionals turn to Amber for counsel regarding a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, declaratory judgment, and other tort claims filed in both state and federal jurisdictions. Whether these cases go to trial or get settled before papers are filed, Amber works with her clients to protect their businesses and contractual rights. She has also advocated for clients’ property rights in cases involving eminent domain and easement disputes.
Amber maintains an active pro bono practice, working in the areas of immigration law, family law, veteran’s benefits and policy research. Specifically, she has represented numerous clients pro bono in affirmative and defensive asylum proceedings, U-Visa and other immigration filings and habeas corpus proceedings.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Amber was a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She previously served as a one-year term law clerk for the Chief Judge of the Southern District of West Virginia, Honorable Robert C. Chambers.
