Briony has particular experience advising clients in the fintech and digital assets space. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions involving digital assets and blockchain technology, structuring venture financings that integrate token exposure, advising on startup formation and financing, and negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, including technology services agreements.
