Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Claire served as a term clerk for Hon. Thérèse Wiley Dancks of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and was an associate at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP.

  • Represented a major freight company in action against U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for excessive fines, resulting in injunction against CBP.
  • Represented a Fortune 500 Company in SEC investigation, resulting in the closing of the investigation without prosecution.
  • Represented a Fortune 500 Company in cooperation with the DOJ on large potential fraud case against third parties.
  • Represented a North American energy company in large-scale defamation and trespassing action against various parties.
