Daniel Studin advises individuals and families on personal planning matters, with a focus on domestic and international tax and estate planning.
Daniel has lectured extensively on tax, estate and trust topics, including advanced estate planning, tax-minimization strategies, charitable planning and estate litigation. He has served as faculty for continuing legal education programs hosted by the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association and other organizations, and has been published by the American Bar Association’s Probate & Property magazine.
In June 2019, Daniel was elected to a three-year term as member of the Estate & Gift Taxation Committee of the New York City Bar Association. In June 2022, he was elected to a three-year term as member of the New York City Bar Association’s Surrogate’s Court Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was an associate in the Private Client Services Department of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP's New York office.
