Jenni Eastman is Morrison Cohen’s Chief Operating Officer and “Culture Carrier." She provides organizational leadership and ensures the firm's professionals have the infrastructure and environment needed for success.
Jenni works with the firm's managing partners, executive committee, finance and legal department leadership to design, spearhead and implement initiatives that improve communication and collaboration, foster community and increase efficiency. She is responsible for building and developing exceptional talent and programming in the firm’s functional areas, including firm administration, human resources, diversity, equity and inclusion, marketing and business development and information technology. She is a strong advocate for a firmwide culture of excellence, client service, leadership and promoting an inviting and engaging work experience.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Jenni served in marketing operations leadership roles in several global law firms.
