Jess Gorski’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate matters. She represents clients in connection with public and private transactions, including domestic and cross-border asset and stock purchases and sales, minority investments and tender offers across a wide variety of industries, including sports, pharmaceuticals, financial institutions and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Jess was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP. She received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Colgate University. While in law school, she served as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Lisa M. Smith of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
