Joseph Kamelhar has broad experience handling complex litigation matters in federal and state courts. His practice focuses on contract disputes, complicated real estate matters, partnership disputes and business torts. As a former Appellate Court law clerk, he also has significant experience preparing appellate briefs.
Prior joining Morrison Cohen, Joe was as an associate at a prominent real estate law firm in New York, with a focus on commercial litigation. Before entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. David Friedman, Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department.
