Savannah Holzwarth represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.
Purchasers and sellers of real estate properties and commercial lenders rely on Savannah's counsel in large-scale acquisitions, mortgage, mezzanine and construction financings, joint venture and dispositions of U.S. commercial real estate assets. She advises clients in transactions involving a variety of asset types, including office buildings, condominium developments, industrial properties, hotels, shopping centers, multifamily apartment buildings, and self-storage facilities.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Savannah was a real estate associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and at Morrison & Foerster, LLP. Before entering private practice, she served as a judicial intern for Hon. Charles J. Siragusa of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York in Rochester, NY.
