Sally Siconolfi’s practice is focused on corporate financial restructuring, both litigation and transactional.
Sally's experience includes representing landlords, creditors, debtors-in-possession and other parties in interest in both large and small bankruptcy cases across the country. In addition, Sally has served as outside counsel to companies in an array of areas and has drafted the terms of real estate lease agreements and other contracts for her clients.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Sally worked in the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Practice Group at ArentFox Schiff LLP in New York. Sally has also practiced bankurptcy law at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Chicago and at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in Houston.
