As a former in-house counsel to Zillow and StreetEasy, Sara brings a wealth of experience in the New York City market and provides her clients with strategic legal advice on regulatory implications and compliance, as well as operating procedures and risk controls.
In her previous role as vice president and associate general counsel at Stonehenge NYC, Sara provided legal advice and support for the ongoing operation of Stonehenge’s robust portfolio of multifamily properties. In addition, she oversaw leasing administration and rental arrears collection for Stonehenge’s 3,200 residential apartments, and negotiated and drafted leases for Stonehenge’s 230,000 square feet of retail, professional and garage space.
Sara was a real estate associate at Belkin, Burden & Goldman LLP in New York City and served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Judge Gerald Lebovits in New York Housing Court.
