Briony Driscoll Speaks at SheFi Summit in Brussels
Associate Briony Driscoll will speak at the upcoming SheFi Summit in Brussels, Belgium, where she will lead a panel entitled “Navigating the Regulatory Uncertainty of Tokens.” Briony will discuss token offerings in the U.S. context, including the SEC’s approach to tokens and the criteria of the Howey Test.
SheFi Summit is the premier women-led conference in crypto and web3, which is held annually prior to EthCC, the global Ethereum conference. This year’s event takes place on Sunday, July 7, 2024 from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
