Jarrod Bernstein Named to City & State New York's Responsible 100 List

Morrison Cohen Of Counsel Jarrod Bernstein was named to City & State New York’s 2024 Responsible 100 list, which recognizes extraordinary New Yorkers practicing and promoting social responsibility and making a difference in their communities.

Jarrod, who serves on the advisory board of the international disaster relief nonprofit Team Rubicon and is an assistant volunteer fire chief in the beach town of Saltaire on Fire Island, told City & State, “Social responsibility speaks to the notion that while none of us are obligated to complete the work of perfecting the world, all of us are obligated to work toward that end. Seeing people on their worst day and making it a bit more livable is tremendously rewarding.”

The Responsible 100 honorees were recognized at a celebratory event on December 12, 2024 at Sony Hall in Manhattan. The luncheon included keynote speakers New York City First Deputy Mayor Maria Torres-Springer, New York City Council Member and Exonerated Member of The Central Park Five Dr. Yusef Salaam, and Television Personality, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist Dolores Catania.
