Morrison Cohen was named as a contender for the prestigious Am Law 200 list of largest law firms, according to The American Lawyer’s article entitled, “These Contenders Are Positioning Themselves to Make (or Return to) the Second Hundred.”
Based on 2023 revenue data, Morrison Cohen is one of four firms within 10% of the current Am Law No. 200 law firm’s revenue of $126.4 million and posted year-over-year revenue growth in excess of 6%. According to the article, “New York firm Morrison & Cohen is on a similar trajectory, increasing its gross revenue 10.5% year over year (to $121.8 million) and 44% over five years. Firm leaders have credited its growth to corporate work and litigation—especially the latter, recently.”
Morrison Cohen Chair & Co-Managing Partner Steven Cooperman said, “We are thrilled to be on the threshold of the Am Law 200. To be among the top revenue growth rate leaders and within 10% of No. 200 revenue reflects the firm’s commitment to our vision for strategic growth.”
