Morrison Cohen Represents Innovo Property Group in Acquisition of Warehouse
October 18, 2018 – Morrison Cohen represented Innovo Property Group, a New York City-based real estate investment and operating company, in its $39 million acquisition of 58-30 Grand Avenue—a 151,500-square foot industrial and logistics facility in Maspeth, Queens.
The three-story building will give Innovo the opportunity to capitalize on industrial demand in the area, due to the decline of industrial inventory in Queens with the conversion of existing stock to residential and commercial use.
Morrison Cohen attorneys Stephen Soleymani and Michael S. Balducci represented Innovo in the acquisition.
